Windows 7
Before upgrading my computer’s operating system to Windows 7, I was using Windows XP with Cakewalk Pro Audio 7 and VSC 3.2. Now, I’m unable to start VSC in Windows 7 despite going through all the signs of loading drivers and stuffs. Also, every time I try to run VSC, it says that the audio output cannot be opened yet. Any of you encountered these problems and manage to solve these? If so, then kindly instruct me what to do. Thanks in advance.

I recently installed Windows 7 on my Dell laptop. Since then I keep getting errors on my DVD ROM. It says on the error “Code 19: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.” I tried reinstalling some of the drivers but still didn’t manage to fix the error. I also tried browsing the net but the only solutions I’ve found are for Windows Vista and XP only. I’m having doubts if these solutions will work on Windows 7. I need everyone’s opinion regarding this matter. Please help me.

I am running Windows 7, and I have successfully downloaded and installed the Quick Media Converter.
When I tried to start using it, I got error message stated below:
The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32 bit) or x64 (64 bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher
It was running well with my Windows Vista PC.
How can I fix this?
Please help me in this problem!

Hi,
I am running a Windows 7 64-bit Desktop OS in my Alienware Aurora ALX. It always says that System Restore did not complete successfully, with an error code 0x800700005. I've already tried it with different restore points (as the error box suggested) but it still did not work. What should I do next?

I installed Windows Vista Ultimate and Ubuntu 9.10 on my computer. Now, I wanted to replace Windows Vista with Windows 7 without losing my Ubuntu 9.10. I tried to reformat Vista so I overwrite it with Windows 7. Since then, I started getting an error message. I noticed that my Drive C and Drive D have merged together giving me a bigger unallocated space. I have parted them again using my Ubuntu and Windows 7 installation disks but the resulting partition is only one and still giving me the same error message. I believe the partition only contains my Ubuntu. I tried formatting it again but I was still unable to do it correctly. Please give me an advice on how to format my Windows Vista with Windows 7. I wanted to keep my Ubuntu. Thanks.

My Toshiba laptop is kind of old. But it is still working well with my Windows 7 32-Bit. I have an MS Office 2010 Suite installed on it. My computer doesn’t have any photos or images, videos, games or any other types of media. I always make sure that my computer is up to date by installing all the updates and run the defragmentation regularly. However, I am seeing a loading blue disk with a Not Responding error message. I see it first in MS Outlook followed by some applications that I normally used. How can I avoid that loading blue disk? Do I need to change my laptop or is it time to upgrade to a new one? I need advices please. Thanks.
