What is the main difference between  Windows XP and Windows 7 considering the following things:-

1. Hard disk requirements

2. Security from maximum viruses and Spywares.

3. Most preferred features.

I am trying to install Windows 7 on my Apple MacBook Pro. Windows OS is to be installed on a VirtualBox machine. I have setup the virtual machine with all the appropriate hardware and loaded the Windows setup from an ISO file. The setup process loads up but quickly crashes with the following error. Has this issue occurred for any of you guys before?

I have a 320GB HDD that I want to format into five primary partitions through the setup of Windows 7.

The problem is that Windows 7 does not allow me to create more than 4 partitions. How can I solve this problem?

When I try to download the beta client, I get 3 error messages during the updater. I already have my Open Beta key. The updater just freezes at 50.5% and 49.7% respectively. Any ideas how i could fix this? Or is this a global problem?

I have operating system Windows 7 64bit Home Premium, Patcher gets to 97.8%, freezes a sec, Display error:

Each time I shutdown my computer (Win7 64-bit) it asks me to force shutdown applications, and it's annoying. Is there a way to just force shutdown immediately?

I have created a screen shot of http://honeybytes.blogspot.com loaded in FireFox browser and saved it on a specific folder under my Pictures folder. After saving, I browsed for the folder;  double click the image icon on that folder. I am surprised when an error message pops – up on the screen saying something like, “Could not find this item".

But as I can see on the list of items in folder, the file was there. I have to press F5 to refresh the window but still the file was there. And if I delete that file, it will just regenerate the error message prompted to me.

I decided to wipe out my hard drive and do a clean install of Windows 7 on my Desktop PC. Upon reaching the formatting partition stage of the installation, it gives me this error:

Windows could not format the partition on disk 0. The error occurred while preparing the partition selected for installation. Error Code: 0x80070057

I checked the hard disk connections, but they are fine, the BIOS also has no problems detecting the drive.

I do not know what to do? Any suggestions?

When I start up my laptop, this error shows up:

It is very annoying because this error always shows up at start up.

How can I remove this error?

I'm in the middle of my work and decided to relax a little, I open another program to play a game but before my game runs, a flash of serious errors occurred; it freezes all my open programs on my task bar. After a few seconds it’s all gone, leaving an empty normal desktop. It closed my unsaved documents without asking or any notification.

I opened and started all over again and having the same program,and it happens again.  How will I stop this serious error? The image below shows how my docs and game freeze and disappear.
