Windows 7
Hello,
I am mostly into games, on my newly purchased Windows Vista Ultimate machine. I found a strange error message popping up when I trying to play a particular game, which I downloaded from web.
I downloaded the game successfully and applied all the available updates for the game. Now when I try to click on play, to start my game, it gives me an error message
The program can’t start because d3dx9_30.dl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem
Now I don’t know where I can download this particular .dll file. Does anyone know where we can download the latest version of this .dll file so I can start playing my game?

I keep getting this error message with Microsoft Visual Studio Express. I have been working with one of my project. I am trying to load one of my current projects in Visual Studio and the first time it runs successfully. But if I try to reload the same and try to run the program the second time, I am getting an error message.
The operation could not be completed. Access is denied
After getting this error if I skip the debugging process, I can run it fine. I need to restart the program in order for me to debug the program again.

Yesterday I have installed a new version of Nero but I found out that it had a conflict with some of my programs. It tried to uninstall the new Nero and install the previous version that I have been using but still the after effect of the program is still there. My last resort is to use the system restore but when I try to start the system restore an unexpected error occurred associated with 0x80040154. See the image below.

I notice the pagefile.sys file is consuming almost 2GB of file size. I know this is not an issue for the newer or latest computer right now, but there are some computers that still using 40GB harddrive or less. I already remove the other software / application that is not being use on a regular basis but still the computer is running low on disk space. The Motherboard is not capable of Sata harddrive.
Is it safe to for the Virtual Memory of the windows to be set to no page file or better not to use the pagefile.sys at all?
