Windows 7
I am a little confused about the two processors manufactured by Intel and AMD. As per I have known before, this is one company before but time happened to break-up their team developer of the processor for a certain reason. Since then, I had to buy a lot of computers but now the quality and performance of the two differs.
What is the difference between the two processors?
Which one would be good in terms of usage in longer period of time?
I need to know the quality and performance of the Intel and AMD processor.
Any body who can give me a broad idea on these matters?

Currently the jump lists in the taskbar have stopped working correctly on a clean install of Windows 7 32bit RC ver. 7100. That came about without installing anything new. I have run with it for the last 4 or 5 weeks but the usefulness of the lists are being lost. The same goes for the jump lists contained in the start menu.

Hello all,
I am having problem in viewing the installed programs in programs and features of the control panel. I have several programs installed in my windows 7 OS.
But I could see just 4 of them which don’t show any size and uninstall option when I see it as a list view and at the bottom of the page the total size of the currently installed programs is shown showing 0 byte.
I am not looking every program, installed in my PC, on the program list of control panel. I do not that how to solve this sort of problems. It may be a matter of some simple clicks. But, I do not know the right way. I am in need of that help to solve this problem.
Thank you all friends.

Hi,
I am using Windows 7 and I need a security system for my PC as I want to keep my things pretty private, so how can I do it? I use Windows 7 ultimate version. Is there any built in software to give that much security for me? I have heard about voice recognition system but can I use it in Windows 7? If I can, then how can I implement this system into my PC or is there any other system in Windows to implement it?

I've reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate (32bit) recently, and once I had everything set up (additional apps, preferences, etc.). I found out about a new problem with the PC Suite software. Once I try to connect the phone (Vivaz Pro) via USB (in PC Suite mode), Windows immediately recognizes the device (and the phone starts charging), but PC Suite says "device couldn't be recognized".

We have seen that Windows XP, Windows 98 is too much vulnerable to virus attack.
Their built in security does not provide enough security I think as I have already used all those versions.
But Windows Vista is also similar to the previous version's of Windows.
It's security is better than 98 and XP but it can't resist latest virus attacks.
But what about Windows 7, it is the latest version of Windows till now.
So it should have a good security. I have not yet used this operating system.
So I want to know is it safer than Windows Vista or XP?
