I run Windows 7 ultimate on my Lenove G580 notebook system bit 32, HDD 500GB, RAM 2GB. On certain occassions I do get this "access denied. You don't have access privileges to this drive" whenever I try to access my drive D.
Sometimes, I can go for days without encountering such an error message but when it happens, I am always forced to restart my computer so that I can have a successful access to my Drive D. What could this error signify because sometimes it is so irritating that I have to reboot my system even if I had something urgent to access from the drive…please assist..

I just upgraded to Windows 7 but something doesn't look right. I'm not sure if I should remove it then reinstall it, or if there is something else I can do to make it look better. Suggestions on what to do before I would try to remove it first? Thank you.

Hello everybody I am a computer newbie and I would love to know the Safe Mode feature available in Windows seven or any other Windows. My friends say that Windows Safe Mode can be very useful for uninstalling any kind of irremovable software and it offers a fast feature of diagnosing windows problem. If so then I would like to know it. How do we get into safe mode? How to operate safe mode? And what are the disadvantages of it?

I have a PC with Windows seven Starter Edition and Its genuine. I have not installed anything neither I have uninstalled anything. But when I open some browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and others my screen frequently blinks and shows some kind of green color. I have tried replacing the monitor thinking it was a display problem but no it is not. I also tried to change the cable from CPU to Monitor and that too did not helped.

I'm currently on Windows 7 and I'm getting a black screen though I'm not on black edition.
'This copy of Windows…Counterfeiting.' I know that this thing is causing the problem. I have purchased the CD from a local vendor.
I have heard that slmgr -rearm will fix my problem but I don't know if it is legal. On the other hand, I have bought the OS and it is not working as expected.

This happened after my last connection to Internet. Nothing happens while I am using the computer except the internet speed decreases but that is not the problem. When I click on Shut down from the start then the computer shows, "Downloading update three of five please do not turn off your machine." I am afraid to turn off my computer at that juncture but I have to keep the computer turned on for the whole night. Is it normal? Please help.

The problem is, when I try to run back up of my computer then it prompts as low space for back up when I have more than 65 Gig Bytes of free storage in each drive. I have tried reinstalling the windows and disk cleaning but the problem is not eradicated. Please help me with this problem.

I am using my computer since 2013 and it was running fine. I used to play a lot of games and do a lot of browsing also. I have got a two GB RAM and a good NVIDIA graphics card. Couple of days ago I installed 'Grand Theft Auto Episodes from Liberty City' and I played it also. But today when I play this game for more than 30 or 45 minutes then a blue screen appears showing something like "0000101000×01111" then after a second or two the computer restarts. Please help me!
