Why my CPU usage is so high. Due to that reason my computer become so slow. And even opening an application take to much time. Even when I start my computer it take too much time. I have deleted all the unnecessary application but the problem is not solved.

I am using Window 7 and is there any way to solve the problem. While using my system normally and doing the routine work suddenly an error comes in Blue Color to the whole screen “IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL” and the system stopped working and then nothing happen until I force turn off the system and turn it on again. This error comes in suddenly some time it comes after 2 hours and some time it comes after 5 to 6 hours. I do not what is causing that problem to occur.

I don't know what's really happening but some of my Windows files seem dim. I haven't checked the radio button to show hidden files and folder but there are some folders which seem dim in color. What may have caused this? What should I do in order to fix this? I'm currently using Windows 8.1.

My computer was running good and I installed a new window on it. After some times when I start my computer it start displaying the error message “diskette drive 0 seek failure”. I though it is window problem I installed the new window again, but the problem does not go away. As it looks like it is a hard disk problem, please experts provide me the proper solution.
