I tried to reformat my computer but I don't have a Recovery Disk. So I tried to do it through a bootable USB which I created from my Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool. However, when I tried to install it through this USB, there is no option for UEFI Device so I was unable to install it again. Can someone please tell me what else do I need to reformat my computer through a USB?

I was unable to open the BIOS setup on my laptop. The usual way is to press the F2 key to open the BIOS setup while booting but I already tried it few times, and I was unlucky.
