Every time I buy a new computer or tablet I am made to register the product with personal information. Is there a way to get around this? Why is it asking me to give that information to them just because I bought their product? Is this a security risk to my personal information that might be sold latter?

I have some important bookmarks that I have on my IE on windows 8.1 PC. I want the same transferred to my phone, running on Windows Phone 8.1, but I do not want to do it manually since they are many. Can you please explain how I can sync the two?

I need to know if Cortana will be among the new Lumia 520 updates that will be rolling out soon. I understand that it has a quad core processor and it is capable of working with most of the new apps and updates that Microsoft is releasing. I found that the best among the new features in the latest build of Windows 10 is the ability to remove or hide the Search and Task View icons from the taskbar.

I updated my Operating System with windows 8.1 RT but I am facing several issues with it right now, therefore I want to reinstall windows 8 on my Desktop. Perhaps you may be able to assist me or give steps on how to get back to Windows 8. Please help.

I want to try windows RT on my laptop so I get the free update from the windows store. Unfortunately after updating my Laptop I get an error message that my PC is running out of space. How much capacity should I allocate because I think this only requires a very minimal space?
