Windows Networking
My active directory is dropping its connection continuously to DNS, although it works just fine given that I keep my active directory open. However, if the active directory is closed, and I stop using it for a couple of hours, it doesn’t load up due to a Domain Name System (DNS) problem. In addition, when I use the NSLOOKUP command, It says that it can’t find the server name.

In an Exchange 2007 server, I tried to delete an Exchange PF database, but I got the following error:
Microsoft Exchange Error
The public folder database 'SG02PF1' cannot be deleted.
SG02PF1
Error:
Object is read only because it was created by a future version of Exchange:
0.10 (14.0.100.0). Current supported version is 0.1 (8.0.535.0).
Then, I logon to an Exchange 2010 server, and I run the following powershell command:
"Remove-PublicFolderDatabase -Identity "WINCMSSG02SG02PF1"

For the past 2 months, when I restart my server (Active directory – Windows SBS 2003 SP2) and before "Applying computer settings" shows up, I get the message "Active directory is rebuilding indices" and I have noticed that the server has become slower. Is it possible to stop the automatic running of rebuilding indices?
Also at 'Services' the RPC is running with 'Local System Account'. Shouldn't it run with 'NT AUTHORITYNetworkService'?

I am trying to share my printer between my laptop and my desktop. The printer is connected to the desktop. When I go through the Add a Printer wizard on the laptop and try to search for the printer connected to my desktop, I just get something that says "No items match the current search."
Is there something that I am not doing right? I would appreciate any help that you can extend. Below is a screenshot that I took from my screen when I was going through the Add a Printer wizard.

I have my own computer system at my office and all computers at my office are connected through LAN connection. Some computers are connected through Ethernet connection. My problem is that when I try to login my system through domestic domain it shows an error saying " windows can not connect to the domain, either because the domain controller is down or otherwise unavailable". When I plug out the LAN wire, it shows logged in and starts working but sometime it doesn't work even after I plug out and if I use it without LAN wire, I get disconnected from the server.

I have selected “Obtain IP address automatically” in TCP/IP properties of Network Connection. After some time Internet doesn’t work & while checking the Local Area Connection’s support tab, there is 0.0.0.0 in IP Address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway which resolves after restarting the PC.
Surprisingly text with the repair button shows “Windows did not detect problems with this connection. If you cannot connect, click Repair.”
What possibly could be the reason and how to eradicate this problem?

I use Internet by broadband connection in my netbook and its operating system is Windows 7. Sometimes I find a problem in the connection. I can not connect with the Internet. It shows an error message. The message is:
Error 651: The modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error.
If you continue to receive error messages, you can enable logging for analysis.
Why the problem occurs and how can I solve the problem?

I can't connect my personal computer to the network of my office. Yesterday I run my Mcafee Antivirus before I shutdown my computer. As I turn on my computer in the morning, I'm not connected in the server. So I checked my IP address using the command prompt and I typed ipconfig, but this message appears.
Error:
This application has failed to start because DHCPCSVC.DLL was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem
What's wrong with my network connection?

What should I do when my network connection does not work while I have checked no e-mail received from network administrator. I also checked IP settings, the data cable as well as the modem provided by network provider. Please provide me the solution as early as possible.
