I have a RJ 45 cable that is unshielded, is there a way that I can shield this to avoid interference? I was made away of the shielded cables and their speeds are quiet fast, I would like to achieve these high speeds. Do I need to buy another or can I just use these cables but how can their speeds be improved?

I have used team viewer over the internet to access a remote computer however in my office I have a local network that I need to establish a network connection to my office mates to access their computers, can team viewer do this or do I need a server to assist? I have no clue

Why do we always get domain name service server not responding after routine maintenance of the server? Sometime the server may not respond in two days yet the server is properly running. Last time the adapter setting was modified and connecting back to the server was difficult. Could it be that the firewall was not configured properly? How do we configure the firewall to allow easy access to the server without compromising the network security?
