How can I have a Remote Desktop connection to Windows from another Windows?

Which of the Windows applications would you tag as the best phone application software for the year 2014? Which other software would you pick up as the second best Windows Phone application for the same year in question? Why would you pick up those two applications as the best and not any other? How would you describe the features of each application?

Ever since the digital migration, I have had to cough up some good amounts in terms of money for subscription to cable TVs.  However, I lost my job and I have been thinking about any cheaper options that could still let me enjoy my channels without straining much.  I have considered streaming videos and major channels network from the internet using apps. I have heard some good stories about Yupp TV and that is why I can't wait to use it on my new xbox kinec. Is there a way I can set up yupp tv  on my  brand-new xbox kinec?. Please help me

I bought a new Surface Pro 3 tablet and it seemed to function for quite a while before it began random freezes. I restart it and it functions for a while then freezes again. I have tried all I can but it has not helped. Somebody come to my rescue please.  

My touch screen keeps on freezing and sometimes the cursor just makes random movements. I am running windows 8.1 and my pc memory is okay. Could this be a virus? If it is, how can I restore my factory settings on this device? Is there any other way of solving this without having to install another version of OS? If there is, please share. Thanks.

 I am in my first year of college and realize how badly I need a tablet for taking notes. Is a Windows tablet the best choice for stability so I do not lose my notes? I really want to take notes on a stylus with a large screen. Thanks for the suggestions.

I bought a new Microsoft Surface from an online store. I turned it on and now it tells me to connect a Microsoft account to my recently bought surface. When I enter my information, i get the error " We're sorry, but something went wrong. This user wasn't added to this PC. Error: 0x800b0101". Did this PC belong to someone else before me? What is this error? How can I fix it?
