So finally I upgraded it to Windows 7 but after I updated it, my hard drive stopped working after that. My PC gives me an ‘mbr missing’ error. I do not think that I have done much on it to get this error, but here is how it started. I installed another HDD and then created another spanned volume on it using computer management settings. Now the machine cannot start and not even safe mode is accessible. What should I do?

I accidentally deleted recycle bin from my computer desktop which is Vista. When searched online I got to know the solution is to format the PC again in order to get back the recycle bin as my desktop icon and also to search a command in the run bar under windows tab.Please help me what should I do to get the recycle bin again is there any way to get it back without formatting the system.
