Do you want to scan and fix Removable Disk (N:)?
There might be a problem with some files on this device or disc. This can happen if you remove the device or disc before all files have been written to it.
Scan and fix (recommended)
This will prevent future problems when copying files to this device or disc.
Continue without scanning

I open My Documents to create a new folder, which I will use to arrange all my files accordingly. To my surprise, when I click on New then point to the drop down menu, there is no folder option. I can only see shortcut and below is the list of the recently applications I have used.
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1 with Intel Core 2 Duo.
I run on safe mode, but it didn’t work. There is no error, but there is also no new folder option on my windows explorer.
Help please.

Hi everyone,
My name is Adam, accountant, I would just like to ask a question regarding my Laptop. Lately my Laptop is shutting down very slowly, sometimes it will take 5-10 minutes to shutdown. It wasn't showing any update installation while shutting down but still it is taking forever to power off.
Why does this happen and what can I do to fix the problem? I plan on upgrading my OS to Windows 7 in the future because of all the problems and bugs that Vista has. If anyone knows the solution for a fast computer shutdown please let me know. Thanks a lot.

I recently installed Benchmark Factory 6.1 on my Windows Vista computer. I am planning to run a database load test with thousands of virtual users in our database. After installation, I started the Benchmark Factory Agent and selected Settings – Options and entered the machine name or IP of the Benchmark Factory console.

Hey Guys,
This is just a minor issue for now, since I don't see anything that is impacted, but I am kind a bothered with the pop up error message.
System Settings Class not registered OK
I am using an Acer Aspire 2930 laptop and as you know, there is a finger print scanner in it. Whenever I try to access the system settings of the fingerprint scanner, it will ask me to authenticate with my finger print, but right after that there will be an error which says Class Not Registered. I said a while ago that there is not much impact because after my fingerprint is scanned, I can still get into the settings.

Hi Experts,
I just bought a second hand Toshiba laptop from eBay which I like to give to my little sister. When I finally received the laptop, from its package to the laptop and with its accessories, I am to say that it is well maintained by the previous owner.
Checking the insides, it is booting up fine, and by the looks of it, it must be running on Vista. Problem now is, the navigation are all in Japanese Language. And I do not understand a thing. I just know where to click the Start button. Please help on how can I revert it to English?

Dear Experts,
We are using an HP machine running on a Windows Vista operating system back in the office. And, I have a total of seven printers that I have access to print. The four of those are of not much use to me and is a little bit far from my location so I deleted it and retained the three. But, to my surprise, the next day, after restarting my computer, I noticed that the seven printers are still in my PC.
How do I permanently delete the four other printers? It which makes my list of printers crowded, so I hope someone can help me with the best solution.

I am trying to log on to my windows Vista laptop but I am getting an error like this:
The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
This is my own personal computer, and I am the only one uses this and installed a password for my windows account. But I don’t have any Administrator password. Just the password on logging in to my windows. I tried a System Restore, but it doesn’t help. I tried to boot in to Safe Mode, and it works but I don’t know what to do next. Please help me.
