When a domain user e.g. Smith Jane logs in, her machine continues to create a new profile called username. ABC i.e. Smith Jane. ABC.  I have tried to erase that profile named Smith Jane. ABC but new profile is created again after she logs in.  The machine seems that it doesn't use the old profile.

I have tried to copy her documents, favorites and desktop to the new profile and delete the old one and then new profile is changed to her username. This solution does not work either.

Could anyone help to solve this?  Thanks a lot.

My ISP provided me with a new Huawei HG521 router today and I'm trying to get our 4 family PCs to get along nicely through it. So far, one Windows 7 (SysInfo log below) and one XP machine are getting along really sweetly, with the XP printing through the W7's printer.

I keep getting a system error code when I reboot my PC. Here is the full error:

“STOP: C000021A {Fatal System Error}.

Windows log on process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0x00000000 0x00000000).

The system has been shut down.”

I’ve looked for an answer over the internet, but all I can seem to find is people with the problem when they start up there PC, not on reboot. I can start simple enough, it’s only when I reboot. If it helps I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3.

I have a peculiar problem in my laptop. When I shut my laptop down I get an error message pop up just before it switches itself off with the following codes: 0x0000134, 0xc10000 and 0x0054af43. I have tried to stop it but I don’t get any other way.

I understand that today a computer user has to have a practice of data backup and this is very important because of viral attacks, infiltration and any other means, the data could be damaged easily. And so an online backup tool Mozy is installed on the computer.  Before running Mozy and recommend this software to other friends, the error is appeared in the configuration assistance process.

I had to backup all my data safe in somewhere therefore this Mozy application was installed. 

However when the application was trying to install, an error message appeared.

I read about this application and found it very useful as it is better to backup all that I have and if accidently deleted, I can get it back again. I signed up MozyHome account, and installed it on my Windows 7 64 bit machine. As I started backing up it suddenly gave error.

Anyone knows that what this error is about and after a little time this message popped up so did I succeed in backing up my data or is it something else.

I had been using this useful application from very long period. It worked very fine for me. I am running it on my XP running PC. Now when I upgraded my PC’s RAM and processor it started giving me this error:

I needed to install kobo desktop application in my PC. As I was installing it gave the following error

I don’t know exactly what shall I do now with its three options, Abort, Retry or Ignore.

Please guide me what shall I do so that the application is installed smoothly without any more hindrances

Hi guys, I had been using DVDFab hd decrypter from a long time and it never gave any error. Yesterday as I was working with this software suddenly a message popped up saying

“To open the DVD disc, you need to buy or renew DVDFab “DVD to DVD”, or you can wait for new version of DVDFab HD Decrypter”.

It is a freeware and I had been using it for very long now it is giving this type of message.

I don’t understand what had gone wrong with this.

Please let me know that is this happening with someone else and suggest me what to do?
