My computer is working properly but there is an issue that the menu of All Programs is empty menu. 

I don't know what is the issue but the list of all programs menu is empty and not showing any program in the list. 

The programs are installed on the computer and working properly through shortcuts on the desktop. 

Now let me know what to do.

I am using Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 1. My problem is that a lot of Popup balloon shown in my system tray.

The mostly occurred balloon is:

There are unused icons on your desktop.

The desktop cleanup wizard can help you clean up your desktop. Click this balloon to start the wizard.

When I Click on the balloon it starts cleaning my desktop and takes all unused icons on my desktop and put it in a folder.

Then I restart the system but after a restart the balloon shows again. Even I have no more files on my desktop that balloon still appears.

Kindly help me how to get rid of it.

When I attempt to access a few web links with IE 6 it comes up with an error message “An error has occurred in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer will now close.  If you continue to experience problems, please restart your computer “

Platform: Windows XP Prof SP 2, IE Version: 6.0.2800.1106:  Update: SP 1

The error still exists even after restarting the computer several times.

It happens with sporadic websites and does not stick to certain ones. I see that it happens with mostly the software download sites. I have restarted the machine several times and still get the same error message.

Hello! Everyone. This is sourov_00 with you. I am a windows XP user and I used service pack (SP) 2. When I start my computer, I hear a default sound of windows XP that is very boring and backdated. I want to change this sound. Can I use any of my favorite mp3 song at the start-up of my windows? If yes,then How can I setup this change? And if no,then what else can be done to change this boring sound?please help me by answering the question.

I hope you can help me with my problem, about mobtkr speeder.

I downloaded Mobtkr Speeder, on my Windows XP computer. When I tried to run the program. This error message immediately appeared.

Mobtkr Speeder v 3.2.exe – Application Error

          The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Even after I clicked close or “ok” the same error message still appeared.  After a few minutes I also noticed that my system began to slow and frequently hang up. I tried to reboot my computer, but this error message keeps showing up again.

I have a problem regarding my installation of Windows Xp. My OS version is 2002 and it is running on Service Pack 3, I thought I updated everything in Windows Update but my installation of Nod32 Antivirus keeps on telling that I have an outdated OS and I need to download the critical updates it mentioned. The Updates included in the list provided by Nod32 includes multiple Security Updates for Internet Explorer, Windows Genuine Advantage Notification Tool, Microsoft Frameworks. etc.

I am using an HP machine and it is running on Windows XP Service Pack 2. There is an issue with my power options. I tried to set and change the power options, but it does not take effect. I did the usual refreshing of the machine and tried it again but to no avail.

Looking back, I believe there is a security update which was installed on this computer before this happened. In addition, I do not know if the security update is more important than that of my power option issue. I hope someone can suggest a better option for me to have the update and my power options working both at the same time.

I seriously have problem with my Dell Optiplex desktop computer. I am using a Windows XP Operating system. I am getting a fatal error 1500 on my computer. I do not know what my little brother and sister did, or if they ever touched the computer while I am away for an out of the country vacation.

When I turn on the computer, the computer freezes and I got that error every now and then, and I cannot work or even navigate. It has been a pain in the neck for a week now, and I do not know how to fix this kind of issue. Please guide me on what needs to be done.

Hi, I need to uninstall Git version 1.7.1-preview20100612 from my WinXP SP3 machine. Whenever I try to uninstall it in the addremove programs I receive an error so I tried to delete it by using Unlocker 1.8.5, but it also gives an error

“No locking handle found.

However Unlocker can help you deal with this object.

Hello guys, I am trying to install “Unlocker Mod version 5.00” for deleting some of my folders which are unable to delete normally. But as I was installing the following error occurred

Does anyone know how to install it correctly? Please also let me know that what I did wrong during the installation process that this error occurred.
