I have two users on my note book, now one has administrative privileges and the other one have some restrictions (Client).

I hide folders in my client login and then if i logoff and login with the administrative username and try to unhide the folder it doesn’t show me the hidden folders

I was at work doing some data entries with our inventory application, and listening music using media player, when I am done with my work, I exited the inventory application and the media player, the media player did not exit, so I decided to use task manager to stop media player, when I am about to start task manager, it wont start due to parameter is incorrect.

Hi, My computer hard drive free space is now very low, so I decided to remove useless files, I encountered an error when I want to delete a certain folder, the error message is telling me that it the file is in used, I posted below the exact error message.

Something weird is going on in my computer. I am using an HP computer which is running on Windows XP system. I have not used my computer in the past three weeks as I went out of the country. To my surprise, I encountered an issue with my computer. I can no longer see my accessories folder. This is the part where you get to the programs in the start menu and you’ll be able to locate notepad, calculator and the likes.

Other than me, my younger brother and two of my cousins are using the computer as well, but I do not like to be suspicious of them. So, please just help me so I can fix this.

I have problem in hibernating my system. I can't access to the hibernate features, every time I try to the power management control panel shows up a message;

''Power Policy Manager is unable to reserve hibernate''

''The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another application''

I don't have any about these guys, I need your help. I am using Windows XP.

When I give the refreshes commend then the system use its tree property only for the system drive.

Now i need something that can refresh all my drives.

So how could I refresh my all drives that my system contain?

I am having problems with My Recent Documents on Start Menu. It used to be there,

But now I can’t seem to find it. I used to open my recent files by just clicking there and without having to open the exact location of it from my C: Drive. I am using windows XP and would appreciate any help .

How can I put it back on the Start Menu and if I found it,

How can I clear the files on it?

I am trying to defrag my Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 computer.

After analyzing the drives, the defragment starts but it always stopped and hangs on 1%. My system says, I need to defrag.

And my system is running slowly.

What do I need to do?

And What is causing the defragmentation to stop?
