Windows XP
Hi all,
Our company is implementing that every six month our hard drive must be sanitized from useless files to maintain a good hard drive space.
On my process of deleting some files, I encountered an error, that said cannot read the source file or disk.
Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot delete File: Cannot read from the source file or disk.
What I did, I first checked if someone was using the files that maybe locked for deletion, none was using it.

Hi all,
Our company is currently upgrading our inventory application. While I am on the process of installing the new application, it stopped immediately, because it needs windows home with service pack 3.
So I downloaded from the internet the service pack, while I was installing the service pack, an error occurred.
It says that installation did not complete.

Hi,Windows XP boot system is currently having technical difficulties.
I am about to Install Windows XP to my old computer. While trying to reach the Bios set up utility and save the priority boot devices the F10 key is not functioning. When I hit both Ok and Cancel button ,no actions came out.
Only the interface shows up and freezes (see the image below)
It freezes and has to unplug the power connector to be able to exit from the setup. Repeated the command, but still it happens.
This is kind of serious problem and need some assistant. Please help thanks.
THANKS.

Hi everyone,
This failure that I have been experiencing for a couple of weeks now.
The Windows updates failed to complete and I don't know how to continue the update.
I tried the Restore Settings , but still it fails to complete the updates. Going to search the entire system, but I didn't see the solution. I search in HELP button , but still none.
Where can I find the right options to fix the error?
If you have concerns with regards to the Windows update failure, please share your ideas by posting here in techyv.

Hi friends,
I am using an old version of Microsoft Office which is the version 2003. When I decided to use the newer version Microsoft Office 2007, I removed the older version, the removal process was done successfully. So I installed Microsoft Office 2007, it was installed successfully.
After it, I also upgraded my anti virus to latest version by removing the older once, and installed the latest version, and updating it virus definitions.
After all those process, I restarted my computer. When I rebooted my computer and windows stated, and error message appeared that said windows recovered from a serious error.

Hi fellows,
I was at home doing some home work brought from the office, I am encoding some reports that I will print later on. After a while, a power failure occurred, since I don't have backup power, my computer turn off. When the power was restored, I turned on the computer.
Since it was not properly shutdown, it will pass by safe mode, after a few minutes of finishing my work. I wanted to print.
In middle of the printing job an error appeared that says nothing, only the yes and no button was present.

Hello bros,
I just came from school and I uploaded our video presentation in my USB. I am using my desktop PC right now and I can't seem to find my files. I am pretty sure I copied it in my USB stick. Are my files deleted? Are they gone forever? If not, how can I get those back? I really need those files for school very badly.
Thank you.

Hi all,
I was in the middle of my work doing some presentation in power point.
My screen turns blue, or what we call the windows blue death screen, I posted below for reference.
*** STOP: 0X00000A5 (0X0001000B, 0X50434146, 0XFFD0502C, 0X00000000)
What I did when I saw the blue screen is, to point my fingers to the power button since I don't have any choice. Yesterdays works seems to be fine, no trouble encountered. I remember before this error appeared, I installed some fonts and updated my windows XP home edition to service pack 3.
