I am having some problems with my Mesh matrix 3000 with windows XP OS. Every time I switch it on, the windows loads but the keyboard and mouse are not functioning. The two were ps2 types and they are on good condition. When I tried to switch it to USB keyboard and mouse, it made the computer to function normally. However it also made my BIOS inaccessible which made me unsolved my PS@2problems. My usb ports became active after the POST.

Can you tell me what could have caused this problem?

I am looking forward for a reliable answer to this issue.

My computer software got corrupted by unknown viruses, so I tried using system restore tools but when it boots the Log On windows appeared which is not usually appears every time I open my pc.

Worst, I don't know what's the password is. I have many important file in there so I really need to open it.

Is there a way to open it?

As of know i have a 2GB physical Ram in my pc, and only 256mb of it is used as a video ram.

I just want to know how can i adjust it and make it atleast 512mb of video ram?,

I am using windows XP, Window media player is installed, and sound driver is also installed.

But when I am playing any video there is no sound coming.

Recently I am reloading Windows XP and I find an error when I want to use InterVideo WinDVD as well as running a few arcade style games.

When I want to close the application, the following message is displayed:

"Screen resolutions should be at least 800×600 to use Date Card software."

This needs me to press OK.

Also my display resolution is place at 1440×900, but I don’t know why this message occurred.  

Need some suggestions.

Hi experts,

I am using Windows XP 2002, and service pack 3 (bit 32).

I was running it about 8-10 hours, after that it was showing EF open error, insufficient system resources, exception unknown software exception, or out of memory errors. 

But the pc would not freeze; the start menu icon would go blank. Also it won't start the task manager and some programs won't start at all. Then it needs to restart and then it is running very well for some hours.

I have installed Spybot and Avira Antivirus. Before this problem, I ran MGTools, Combofix, CCleaner, and also running some online scans.

Still I am getting this problem and now it is occurring more often. Is this a hardware problem or virus problem?

I am using Windows XP. I have installed an Autodesk 2012 on it.

Also,it was running very well upon first set up but then without any clear reason, I saw some crashed when I was opening the software. Then I got the following error message. Please help me to solve this.

My computer crashed and it says 'no boot device detected, insert system disk and press F1 to continue' I Google how to fix it and it says that I am to change to boot sequence in the BIOS.

I tried and it says they are all not present. I don't know computers very well, but this is a business computer and very important.

Can someone PLEASE help me, I'm going to cry!
