I have Windows XP and I noticed a program SpectorPro installed in it. What is this program?

When I run the command Ping in my windows, I get the message

'ping' is not recognized as an internal or external command

What is the meaning of this?

I don’t know why my Movie Maker gone missing in my Windows XP. When I tried downloading one, the message Missing WMVCore.DLL pops-up and I can’t continue the download. What does this mean?

My old laptop is running with Windows XP 32 bit and does not have a Safely Remove Hardware button on the taskbar. Ever since I got my laptop, that button was already not appearing when I plug external drives. I only use the eject option on my computer when ejecting them. But I do wonder why I don't have one and how can I put or install that button?

when i try to setup windows XP in my computer the drive is completely format what I choose, but when the temporary file is start coping just copy 35% and then show system is damage,check hardware etc .

How i will complete my windows setup?

I have Windows XP. I was attempting to fresh out my pc for more hard drive space, so I was removing information I believed I didn't need in my Program Files. I have a practice of removing by using SHIFT+DELETE, which completely removes the pc file without submitting it to the Bin. So I went into a directory called "Bin" and removed a lot of what I believed was garbage (weird pc file names). I also removed other things I believed were insignificant. Now I can no longer publish information, send information, or view video clips in my WMP.

I just got a problem:
After I have installed the game “ Hyperbowl” successfully the following error message pops-up when I add the original disk in the tray that was provided with the install. The error
message was:
Error Z0001: Internal error
I am using Windows XP SP2 now.The options given with this 'OK' and ‘Cancel’ only. I’m counting on you guys. Thanks for reading.
