My current location has a free Wi-Fi service but it is only available outside the house. I want to know now if I can extend its service inside my house so I can use it inside the house with my Mac laptop. If yes, how can I set it up? I will use my Mac Airport Express to connect. Please help me so I can enjoy this free service. Thank you.

Hello techy people!
I am having problems connecting with wireless networks.
I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Cisco Aironet 350 Wireless LAN Adapter installed on it. When I am at the office, I am using a VPN dialer in accessing the wireless network. But when I'm at home, I was unable to connect to any networks.
My computer can successfully detects the entire wireless networks available. In fact, my signal strength is good. But I cannot browse or open any sites on my laptop. My friends used to come over during weekends and they can very well access the internet without problems.
What is causing this?
Is there something that I need to set correctly such as cookies or anything?
Please help.

I have set up Apache on my computer using Belkin wireless router that is linked to the cable modem of my internet service provider. Well, the problem is that I am not able to reach Apache from the internet or any other location for that matter but I can reach it on local host and 127.0.0.1 .I redirected port 80 to the right computer using my Belkin router which contains hypertext transfer protocol daemon settings so that it can work on 8080.

Hi there!
I have been using Linksys as my wireless network adapter but I’m having problems with its signal. Is there a way for me to improve its reception without necessarily securing it?
Please help me. Thank you.

Hi!
I have a question about my laptop. It says here, that it has internal wireless B card, and I was wondering how I could actually get faster speed in terms of connection.
I have heard that I could also use a secondary network card to be able to do so. I hope you can answer my question.
Thank you.

I do not know really exactly what happened with my Archos 605 WiFi. It suddenly stops.
I already tried resetting it but it got stuck on the opening screen with “Archos entertainment your way;” the HOD light also keeps on blinking red and the worst of it, it automatically turns off.
Is there any thing that I have to upgrade or change?

Hi there!
I need a little help with my computer’s Internet connection.
I am currently running Windows 7 64-bit version.
I haven’t really had any trouble connecting to the Internet until I set the security of my Linksys router up; Now I could not connect to the network.

Whenever I am using my laptop at home, it’s connectivity to the internet is usually very poor and at times, it doesn’t link up to the internet at all. However, when am outdoors, the internet connection is usually superb. Some time ago, I was informed about a possible solution, which required that I overhaul the service pack 2 in order to solve the problem. Well I realized later that I had initially already installed service pack 3 as soon as I had installed windows XP with service pack 2. Well I am now just trying to figure out whether I have to install windows once again via service pack 2 after which I sum up the patch then add service pack 3. What is the way forward or can it just work after adding the patch immediately?

Good day my fellow! My Linksys router has never given me peace since it detaches connections from the internet when I use it on wireless connection devices like my laptop. Well the connections and disconnections alternate since it connects for a while and then disconnects. According to me, I think the wireless set up is alright since the router can link-up to the internet. Furthermore, after looking into the settings of the laptop and the router, I found no fault in them. I really don’t know what to do next. I definitely need your help.
