3D animation software Autodesk Maya 2012 installation error

Hello guru, when I try to install the 3D animation software named Autodesk Maya 2012 on the desktop and an error message continues to appear and please find below screenshot for your reference.

I think the product installation is not completed because the file could not be found in the specified location. Currently Autodesk Student Version 2011 is installed but I have deleted all components of this software using the add/remove section in Control Panel. Autodesk folder is also deleted.

 

I have tried to restart the computer and repeat the un-installation and re-installation four times but the error message appears repeatedly. 

 

Could anyone help me to solve this error please? Thanks in advance.

First of all please tell me from which website did you tried downloading Autodesk Maya 2012.

Secondly have you made any changes to your computer before facing this issue?

Most importantly you need to check whether Autodesk Maya 2012 is compatible with your systems current version.
