“A firewall may be blocking Spotify.” I cannot open Spotify on Mac. I am using a free account. Disabling the firewall did not help. Please help me here.

“A Firewall May Be Blocking Spotify.” Please Help Me To Solve This Spotify Error

Changing the country using the web can fix this error (“A firewall may be blocking Spotify.”) on Spotify.

a. Go here
b. Log in using your account.

c. Open your Account.

d. Click on Edit Profile.
e. Change your country to the current location.
f. Save the changes.
g. Log out from the web.
h. Open Spotify on your Mac.
i. You should be able to open Spotify.
