A) This error message means that you have another process already established. To rectify the “account Microsoft com billing redeem; you will need to open up the CMD and restart the MongoDB by this command “net start MongoDB” command.

B) To rectify the “account Microsoft com billing redeem; you will need to run CMD as admin and write down these commands one by one and execute them:

mongod –repair

mongod –remove

then like @Yahya did specify the log path,

mongod –install –logpath C:\data\db\log\mongo.log

net start MongoDB
