AB Tutor Control License Validation Error

I am activating my account in AB Tutor. I am sure that I am using a legit serial number and I have a firm Internet connection. However, I am still getting an error. How can I activate my account and fix this?

AB Tutor Control License Validation Error

You are getting this error if you try to install AB Tutor twice and then you give the same exact names into it. You must change each names and then try to activate the program again. Or you can also try not to give any name when activating AB Tutor and then let it use the default name. Always give unique names to two different installations.
