About AVG Tuneup 2014 removal tool

The AVG Tuneup utility can be removed from your device by downloading the tuneup removal tool, from AVG’s official download links online. Run the downloaded file. On clicking on ‘continue’, your system will be restarted, after which the tuneup utilities will be removed. An alternate approach would be to not download the removal tool. Instead, go to the control panel under the start menu, click on uninstall a program or add or remove or programs and features. Select tuneup facilities in the list of programs and click Uninstall. The drawback being, all files related to the software might not get removed, unlike via the removal tool, but, they won’t cause any persistent harm, so that shouldn't be an issue.
