I accidentally sent an email to one of my friends. I want to bring it back or delete it or replace it before he reads it. How can I recall email in Outlook?
Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager. It is from Microsoft. It is useful as an application but also includes contacts, calendar, etc.
Method 1- For Outlook 2010 and 2013.
Step 1: Go to your Sent Items folder after opening Outlook.
Step 2: Open the email.
Step 3: Click on File and then Info and choose the option of “Message Resend and Recall.”
Step 4: Click radio button after “Recall This Message” dialog box pops up.
Step 5: Select OK.
Method 2- For Outlook 2007.
Step 1: Select the email you want to delete or replace in Sent Items Folder.
Step 2: In Outlook’s message header, click on Actions and then choose Other Actions.
Step 3: Select the option of “Recall this message.”
Step 4: After this, delete or replace the email and then press OK.
