Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) is the inter connectivity & communication across systems and networks. Â The concept of this model is it specifies all managing and end-equipment managing to enterprise business service model.
Concept Models of Telecommunications Management:

TMN stands for Telecommunications Management Network. It is a protocol model named by ITU-T used in organizing open systems in a communications network. It is founded on the OSI management provisions in ITU-T Recommendation series X.700 and is a component of the ITU-T Recommendation series M.3000. It offers a structure for accomplishing communication and interconnectivity across diverse telecommunications network and operations system.
Present telecommunications networks provide automated management functions which are usually run by OSS software. These supply the data required in the day-to-day operations of a telecommunications network and organize modern telecommunications networks. It is the OSS software that is responsible in the issuance of commands in the network infrastructure for activating new service offerings, initiate services for new customers, and especially detect and correct faults in the network.
