ACAD 2013 shut down error.

I get the following ARX error message every time I close ACAD 2013 software.

Recently I have loaded few ARX files to my startup suite. But I am not sure if this is causing the problem.

Please give me a solution for this error message.

ACAD 2013 shut down error.

Hello Hamilton,

You are getting that error because the program installation is corrupted.

To resolve the issue, you will need to reinstall the software using the following procedure:

• On your computer, go to the Start menu, and then click Run, or you can go to Start and then Search.
• You will need to enter acsignopt, and then click OK.
• After that you should clear the Validate Digital Signatures as well as the Display Special Icons option.
• You should then completely remove Autodesk software and then reinstall it.

Once you have done the above the program should work without a problem.
