I was at work this morning as a desktop support for an advertising company, I received an email from one of our graphic artist that he encountered an error while using AVS Video Converter 7.1, I posted below the screen shot of the error.

‘AVSVideoConverter.exe’.Read of address 00000028.

When I analyzed the error, I thought it was just a glitz in running, so I advised the user to restart the computer, and load the software again, after he did so, the same error message appeared while working with AVS Video Converter 7.1, he already finish re installing the software, I am now asking for some advice on the issue that I am posting now.

Hi there, please try this method:

First proceed to the start button and open the All programs icon. Select AVS4YOU and uninstall this one. Go back to the start button and choose run, from the open window print the regedit. When the registry editor opened delete the entire AVS4YOU folder.

Now proceed to the Local disk (C:) and go to Program files and delete AVS4YOU. Go back again to the menu of Local disc and then program files and delete the AVSMedia.

Back again from the Local disk and proceed to the Documents and Settings. From there go to All users and then to the Application Data and delete AVS4YOU.
