Hi there,

When I want to open Skype this error appears. Is not first of this kind and they all started to appear after I made some updates to my Windows 7. Now I don’t know how to solve this and what is the best solution for. The reinstall of the Skype is not working. Please tell me what should I do to fix this. Should I reinstall my Windows 7 or is there any other ways to fix this ?

Hello There,

This is really very annoying problem and we need to fix it by trying various methods.

1. Turn off antivirus and anti malware software

2. Check if skype is allowed in network, check firewall as well

3. Try to launch program.

4. Hopefully this should be up and working now.

5. If problem still persists, please run directx diagnosis and reach support with all details
