Access violation error with ConvertXToDVD software

Hi,

 

I have ConvertXToDVD software and it was working fine without having any problem.Now I have problem using this software and showing the access violation error. How can I overcome this problem? What is wrong with this software? The reinstallation did not fix the issue. Help me to resolve the error.

Access violation error with ConvertXToDVD software

Hi Matthew,
The error is because the temp folder contains unnecessary files.
To resolve this error follow the steps as below:
1) Click 'Start', Select 'Run'
2) Type '%AppData%'

3) Select 'Temp' folder
4) Stop if any process are running in the temp folder
5) Delete all the files and folders present
6) Restart the system
7) Launch the apllication again
