Accounts MIS Error in communication

Hi,

Is there anyone who is familiar with Meghdoot Accounting Software. I am facing problem with this software. The program shows the following error:

 

 

 

 

 

Meghdoot Accounts MIS Client

Unable to Continue due to the following Error:

Accounts MIS Error in communication The underlying connection was closed: Could not

establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Please check Log file to see whether there are any specific errors.

I couldn’t understand the error type. I am unknown about other errors though I have checked the log file. For more understand, the error message is attached.

If you have any idea regarding this, please share with me.

Accounts MIS Error in communication

Hello Ave,

The error that you are getting occurs because Windows 2008 has got new additions to the cryptography API which are used in the V3 certificate templates that are meant for the CA's and Web servers in Windows 2008. The additions include support for certificate signing algorithms that not familiar to the older clients, for instance windows 2003 servers.

In order to resolve that issue, you will need to install Microsoft KB 968730 in order to let the Server 2003 SP2 boxes to both enroll from a SHA2 certificate authority as well as be able to process SHA2 certificates.
