ACDsee Could Not Connect To Network

Hi,

I’m having trouble registering ACDsee14. I wanted to use the map function as well as the online catalog. When I ‘m trying to register, I ‘m getting a network error window. The error message is “ A network error occurred while processing the operation.

 

Try again later. ”. It seems that the program is not even trying to attempt to connect to network, because the error message almost comes instantly. Could this be a problem with windows 7 firewall setting?  

 

Please help me.

ACDsee Could Not Connect To Network

Dear Centic,

Common reason for this error could be that one of your security applications aren’t allowing you to access the internet through ACDsee, try following steps.

1. Make sure you are connected to internet Properly

2. Try disabling your firewall or add an exception to it. (Disabling would do for the moment)

3. And disable your Internet Security Program or Antivirus Program for few minutes.

Then try registering your product. If you are getting this error again and again you should try a different internet connection or reinstall ACDsee with a proper setup file.
