I am having issues with my Acer FTP login. I believe my internet connection is correct as well as all my cabling. Instead of the problem being located on my end, could this issue be related to an incident in Acer where cyber intruders were able to access the FTP server unathorizedly?
Acer ftp login problem connecting
Hi Cpeter Charles,
For your information I would like to say that if your network cabling and other accessories is ok you must be able to connect internet. So, I want to say that you may try to the following process for your problem:
Option -1. Go to your start menu and type cmd and press enter. After this you will need to type ping. . . . that is your IP number. After typing your IP than one space and type –t if your configuration is ok you must be finding the reply .
Option-2. If the 1st process is not working you will type the same way your DNS server IP address and press enter. If found reply your network connection is ok.
Option-3. If 1st and 2nd are not working you will type the same way you alternate DNS server IP address and press enter. If found reply your network connection is ok.
Overall after doing the above process if your network will not work you will must be check your cabling and talk to your ISP
For checking the illegal access of computer's system or malware you may use Internet security 2013.
Thanks
