ACER Iconia W510 was smartly designed — may be used in 3 different modes: a typical notebook, presentation mode and as a standalone tablet.
The touchscreen can be used like a standalone tablet as it can be detached. Leave it docked and you will have a keyboardless presentation screen or an instant internet appliance.
Pretty excited about this new tri-mode but I wonder what would be its possible setbacks.
ACER Iconia W510 versatility presented
Hi Lindakcarico,
Apparently there seems no possible set back with W 510 tri-mode working. It looks like a normal laptop running Windows 8, but if its screen (with touch feature) is detached from the dock it becomes a standalone tablet. But it is not the end, when you attach the screen with the dock again and flip its dock around Iconia W 510 turns to a keyboard less presentation device.  This trio-mode working machine performs flawlessly. After making an attractive design still a negative point in the device is its display which is at its maximum is only 1366×768 pixels. However its touch screen has anti reflective display.
