Hi Guys,

I am using Windows 7 Service Pack 1 with 32-bit operating system. When I open Internet Explorer and try to download anything from the Internet then this error appears. Also sometimes, I open other programs such as Microsoft Work, Excel or Adobe Photoshop then this error appears. Please tell me its correct reason. I don’t know original but I explain all error below so that you can understand the nature of the problem Please explain it.

The main thing is Citrix should be installed and will have to work perfectly. When I was having the same problem what I did was, a little search on Google and found a best solution which worked for me. I am mentioning the solution here below.

Web interface 4.x. You should go to access suite console–> click on interface option–>web interface–>from this option you can manage client development and you have to select ssl/tls ; check box on the client for java page.

Hi, Just follow there steps

• First go to citrix's page and download the most recent client software for windows 7.
• Install the software
• Add the certificate to cacerts
• Download any web browser it should work without any difficulty.
• You can download the following browsers from here 
• Google Chrome, Firefox , IE , Safari

This should solve your problem. I hope this helps you solve the problem.
