Hi Tech Pro,

The installation of Quick Time Player went pretty well and good without any error message. The problem triggered when I try to play a movie from an URL. An error pops up with a message “could not be loaded because it could not be located”. Then I tried to reinstall the application but still I get this error message. Please help me. Thanks.

The action Play Movie from URL is unable to loaded

The most likely cause of "could not be loaded because it could not be located" error is that the file itself has been removed from the URL. To verify this, try using another media player, such as Windows Media Player, which comes preinstalled on all Windows computers, and access the same URL. If you cannot open the media, then it is most likely not available anymore. You can try to search on Google to see if the mirrors of the file are available.
