Active Directory Error unable to login to my login page

Hello,

I am unable to login to my login page. Following error occur in the OC4J logs.

Error: javax.naming.PartialResultException [Root exception is javax.naming.CommunicationException: [server]:[port] [Root exception is java.net.UnknownHostException: [server]]]

I am waiting for solution for this.

Active Directory Error unable to login to my login page

Hi there Russell A Gault,

 

The error you're getting stands for the incorrect DN specified in the User Search Field. The very first thing you should do is to check if your account is alive and active and that you are using the correct username. Since the error is about the user, password shouldn't be a problem.

 

If everything is fine with your user account, the problem is in the outdated software, so make sure to apply the updates in order to make things work.
