Hi. What is the use of active directory group membership report? What are the different groups which give us information about the use of this group membership report? How is it different from the existing exchange tools?

Active Directory group membership report-Active Directory reporting simplified
The active directory group membership report allows the administrators to get a quick view of all the groups and free us from the challenging job of script writing for the Active Directory reporting. This tool’s schedulable reports simplify the Active Directory reporting. It also simplifies the Active Directory management as it performs management actions from the reports itself.
It is different from the other tools as it generates reports on a group-wise basis under recently creates, modified and deleted groups which can be generated and exported whenever needed. The groups which provide us information can be divided into Security Groups, Distribution Groups, etc.
• Security Groups-
This group is used to give permissions to groups of users and computers. It also provides information about all the other security groups which are accessible in the selected domain.
• Distribution Groups-
E-mail distribution lists are created with the help of these groups. It also provides information about all the other distribution groups which are accessible in the selected domain.
