Active Directory Import Tool Error

Hello,

I am doing some testing with AD Import tool but I am getting errors when specifying my domain controller and logon credentials. I have v6.0.23 (SP1) and it has a localhost EMS license.

Here is the error I get;

"There was a problem trying to connect to domain controller. Following error occurred: The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist."

I entered my domail as this : dc01.corp.MyDomain.com

Used username as MyDomainMyUser and a password.

I am thankful for your solutions.

Active Directory Import Tool Error

Hi there,

 

This is a well known bug that happened in one of the older releases of Active Directory. The hotfix 6.0.26 on the Adobe website will resolve the problem.

 

Another thing you can do besides updating the software is to change your IIS settings to Basic Authentication as that will most likely let you log in.
