Active Directory limited access to server of VPN users

I would like my vendors using VPN to access only their server and not any other server. Is it possible to accomplish this using Active Directory?

Yes, you can restrict some of your users/clients to access some of servers in your environment and some not. For this purpose you can install third party firewall software called ISA. Using ISA you can have multiple public IP Addresses and one default ISA interface.
We can configure ISA software to listen from some specific IP address and some. In this way you can limit your users to access from their particular environment instead of accessing your servers from any location.
In ISA you can also configure that which external IP address can access which internal IP or server. In this way you can limit your users to access some servers and some not.
