We have a weird issue. Not sure why this happens. We get this error between 2 servers.

All are windows 2003

Active Directory Replication Monitor

There was an error during queuing the synchronization. The error code was: ERROR_REPLICA_SYNC_FAILED_THE

REPLICATION OPERATION FAILED TO ALLOCATE MEMORY.

I have tried all means to fix. landed here on this site searching for some other issue and decided this is the best place to post as one of my other issue was fixed from solutions here.

Thank you

george

Active Directory Replication Monitor errors

The problem might be hardware synchronization failures, to do replication, the Active Directory needs to serve fast, it requires the CPU,Memory and the Disk Space of the server, if the Active directory didn't serve fast it'll lead to unsynchronized replication and failure. Also networking issues and security problems. Directory events log suggest the specific problem that the replication failure and sometimes suggest some solution, so try it.

There are many software now that manage or recover active director settings such as "active directory recovery" and "active directory mangerlook here.

If not software then, try repadmin, repadmin tool(Replication Diagnostics tool) also provides information that can help you solve the problem.

If you don't know how to use it, learn check here. you can also try Active Directory Replication Monitor (Replmon.exe) that monitor the replications status, force replication. though repadmin is superior and faster.

I suggest that you carefully monitor your active directory so that you can find the problem before its get bigger.
