Hello,

Paintshop X2 installed on my computer. When you clean the computer format all things and install all programs again. On the other hand I could not remember to get going with the serial number, I turn at this time but I am not able to see this option

In addition, at any time I log into the program provides the below error message:

 

No asset found for trial download (license ID: 540228037) with- 3 day(s) left, source type 1, Lang IE and source id 917001.

When reinstalling Paintshop you have to not only provide your serial number but activate the software too. If you do not see the activate button, try disconnecting your network connection, relaunch the software and once the button appears reconnect to the internet to finish activation.Also, there are a limited number of available activations for Corel products, so if your activation is not working, maybe you've spent all activations available. It can easily be fixed by contacting Corel's support. They will reset your activations.

Are you sure that you have done the activation correctly? It looks like a problem with activation. Try to disable your internet and start again the program. If I am correct, a dialog with ''Activate now'' button will come up. The problem will be solved. Now if it doesn't you will have to call the support Centre.
