Hello, I am having a problem on my device which is showing an error 85002008 when ACTIVESYNC was writing the properties of an item to the database on the device. I discussed with some experts, but they failed to give solution. Can you provide me some information to solve this? Thanks.

If the problem you are saying is about your phone unable to synchronize properly with your computer, try updating your phone’s software first if you haven’t done already. Try it again if the phone is already updated. If you are using a USB cable to connect your phone to the computer, check the cable if it is not damaged or something. Try transferring the cable to the other available ports in your computer if your attempt fails on the current USB port.

You may also try uninstalling your phone’s software from the computer then install it back. This will fix any corrupted files in the installation and restores its settings back to default.
