Hello,

Thanks for posting your question. The problem you are experiencing is not so unusual, it happens. The solution therefore is to use a program called VarieDrop and you can be obtained from the following:

http://www.vieas.com/en/soft.html#VarieDrop.

These programs will help you much during the resizing in the MSN.

Hope this helps.
Regards

Hello, while there are programs out there to help you with this issue, a simple solution would be to open up a drawing program on your pc, such as Paint or Microsoft Office picture viewer.  I am using Microsoft Office picture viewer for this example.

  • Open photo in Microsoft Office picture viewer:
  • Click Picture on top toolbar
  • Click Resize
  • You can either click crop and resize to 96x96pixels, which is the standard size for MSN pictures;
  • Or if you have a very large file click resize to make your picture smaller, then crop the picture to 96 x 96pixels.

Hop this helps.
