Adobe and its Updated Lightroom

In a news that I read  stated the Adobe announced their latest Lightroom. And there is rumor that can be only available and can be install if you have the Adobe Photoshop CS6. This is a sad news for others that don't have yet the Adobe CS6. 

Why this Adobe Updated lightroom can only be available in a PC or Mac that has already installed Adobe Photoshop CS6?

Adobe and its Updated Lightroom

Dear Karamel.roset,

Adobe has indeed release their latest Light room, but as the rumors says it will only be available if you have Adobe CS6 installed in your computer. This has been a source of continuous irritation from Photoshop users who do not feel like paying for such a costly upgrade. As to why there is a need for Adobe CS6 to be installed, I cannot precisely say. But I think it will be a price well worth paid for because of the added incentives and features if you both have these installed in your PC or MAC such as the: Content Aware enhancements, Background and Auto-save, Camera Raw enhancements, Adaptive Wide Angle Filter etc.
