Adobe CS4 Master Collection installation error

Hi guys,

I recently installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on my PC. Now I want to install my copy of Adobe CS4 Master Collection. I am having big problems.

I click the setup. exe file and the installer begin a scan of my computer to check my system profile. Then an error message appears telling me that:

Adobe Media Encoder CS4 Exporter Error 2.

The error says:

Sorry you are experiencing trouble with this installation.

If you are able to connect to the Internet, please click Get Support button below.

This will initiate a download of a small utility which will analyze a record of this

installation and link you to technical support information which applies to your specific

error scenario.

If you are not able to connect to the Internet, the Information below will help an

Adobe Customer Support representative to better support you hi resolving this issue.

Any ideas why I am experiencing this difficulty in the installation process? Please help me out.
