I received an error message while launching Fireworks. Have a look at the error message below.

What does it mean?

Have you any idea for the internal error?

How can I get a remedy of this issue? Please help me.

Hi John, If you are having issues with Fireworks CS4, than try to run the CS4 cleanscript.

It is a utility to uninstall ALL CS4 programs. This way you can make a clean reinstall. Maybe you installed beta versions before of CS4. Beta versions have been known to cause problems. Here is the link to the CS4 cleanscript.

You need to uninstall your Fireworks CS4 application and remove the registration entry in the registry of your system. This procedure will completely remove all the installed version of your fireworks CS4. The cause of this is that there is a conflict between two programs that uses the same resources. Reboot your system machine the reinstall the Fireworks application, be sure that it is not a trail version and must be licensed.
