Adobe Flash Player Plugin setup failed

Hi,

Recently, I downloaded the plug- in for my Adobe Flash Player but when I tried to install the setup an error message displayed saying “Failed to install”. I downloaded it from its official website then what is wrong with installation? I want some resolution so please guide me with proper solution step by step.

Adobe Flash Player Plugin setup failed

Hi,

 

Please check if you have previous version of Adobe Flash installed. This maybe causing the conflict. Uninstall the previous version on your Control panel

 

On your IE browser, make sure the JavaScript and security settings are set correctly.

 

To verify, follow this step:

 

1. Launch IE, click Tools > Internet Options

 

2. Click the Security tab

 

3. Click Trusted Sites zone

 

4. Select the default level button

 

5. Play with the slider until it says that security level is medium

 

6. Click Apply

 

7. Click custom level

 

8. Look for the "Scripting" window

 

9. Enable active scripting

 

10. Tick OK

 

11. Choose your internet zone.

 

12. Click OK then

 

13. Reinstall Flashplayer
