Adobe Illustrator cs5 installation problem

I download a new Adobe Illustrator CS5, When I try to install it, It shows an error message called 'We have encountered issues' It says like this "Deployment Engine Executable does not exist at the location" I don't know what to do,

Someone please help me.

Adobe Illustrator cs5 installation problem
